The railway line between Springs, Nigel and Heidelberg was
opened on 18 October 1935. Until then, the nearest railway station had been
Kaydale; situated five miles from Nigel on the main line between Johannesburg
and Durban, and all transport had been conducted by ox wagon, horses or cars.
Then on to Heidelberg Station
In 1888 the State President Paul Kruger declared Nigel as a
public digging under notice no. 331 and since then the history and development
of Nigel are inseparable from those of the gold mines. The town was little more
than a mining camp until 1923, when the control of the town was passed into the
hands of a Dorpvillage. The first meeting of this council was held on 2 January
1923. The Sub Nigel mine had, in the meanwhile, come into existence and proved
to be the riches gold mine in the world
The Afrikaner in
South Africa knows both
and intimately so
The poor Afrikaner
was uplifted by
the Railways and Mines
Notwithstanding History
They survived and still do.
Yes we were poor those days
My Father died young
and because the Church
he served, did not provide a pension,
we were left to our own devices.
That is altogether another story.
so why Am I
writing this?
Again Gold features
Uncle Bob abuses his people
they flee to South Africa
and dig up old
mineshafts to survive.
Transnet replaced the
Old South African Railways
and they are a major employer.
The Mining Industry
is targeted by Unions
for redistribution
and EFF vows to
hasten the process.
We the people
rich and poor alike
need to stand up
and refuse to be undermined
and oppressed by a few
who control the purse strings
or surely this country
will sink back
into the muddy waters
of our past.
Yes it is cold my
fingers are stiff from it
and I struggle to
tap my keyboard.
I do not forget the past
but I live for the future.
There are enough riches
underground and enough
infrastructure above ground
there is enough goodwill
and enough innovation
in our diverse population
to make South Africa
a huge success
A place where all can
live freely and safely
if only we
have the will.
ask Madiba
before it is too late
and he shall agree.
let us not forget
what brought us
to this day
and build on it.
our Actions will
lead the way.
Peace and love be with you
my brothers and sisters
Forever
Amen

So the Royal "pom"boy
was born
Heaven forbids that
we must hear
and see every sordid
detail.
From his first fart,
and who knows
about the future
of the royal foreskin.
in Africa these little
things
like foreskins
matters
As you can see
I am not a British fan
being Afrikaans and all
Eventually, there were a total of 45 tented camps built for
Boer internees and 64 for black Africans. Of the 28,000 Boer men captured as
prisoners of war, 25,630 were sent overseas. The vast majority of Boers
remaining in the local camps were women and children. Over 26,000 women and
children were to perish in these concentration camps.
The above says enough
Is it politically correct
to call him a boy
at all
it could be construed
for something
that sounds familiar
Booi
Now if you live in Safrica
you will know
to evade that word like
the Rinderpest
The garden person
is sometimes called
the gardenb....
in less "civilised"
households
It irks me
that thousands of babies
are aborted even
as I write this
Thousands are
suffering malnutrition
and this little blighter
"who fell with his
little royal backside
in the proverbial butter"
is made a fuss off.
If Camilla was one of
the first people I had to
see in my life
I could not be blamed
for having psychological
problems in later life.
Imagine calling her Granny
As for the little
royal foreskin
will it make Sotheby's
when it gets
the chop
or will it stay
intact
My British friends
must pardon my Bias
and "hate speech"
it is not
intentional
it is hereditary
Some of my best friends
are Royalty : )))
even if they smoke pot.
I am not as bad
as Uncle Bob
up North
who imagines
invading
that pesky little Island
I mean ,Broadly speaking
they are Poor on Manners,
Gentlemen they certainly
are not, Out is Out
and finish and klaar
On a serious note
my heart goes out
to the millions
of babies on African soil
that are born into poverty
sometimes amidst war
who have a bleak future
if any future at all
let us pray my
brothers and sisters
that those less fortunate
babies across the globe
will find mercy and love
and nutrition
Let us stand up
and do something
about it
peace and love be with you
my brothers and sisters
Forever
Amen.

So Vavi tripped over
his penis.
So did King David
and King Solomon
and many men
throughout history
they succumb
to the lure
of the forbidden
Once you cross
"the Line"
it seems that
everything is possible
Once you cut
the strings of your
conscience
and "set it free"
it arrests you
and traps you
in a space
where you perish
What if ?
Adam and eve
did not sin
God dwelled
with them
in paradise
and their nudity
was undiscovered
in their
innocence
Did they do IT?
probably
we were
created that way
It was disobedience
not sex
that tripped them
ever since then
mankind
frowned on nudity
and "sex"
became the
ultimate "sin"
yet we marry
we procreate
as we were
hardwired
to do
If your "conscience"
allows you
you may have
more than one
partner
Some churches
justify it
and even
advocate it
and they use
the Bible
as their reference
we were meant
to love
we were created
that way
we confuse love
with a feeling
we succumb
to dopamine
addiction
it feels good
it makes us
feel good
and then
we rue it
We ,man ,woman
and child
belong to God
who will fetch his
"Bride," us
that also goes
for the alternative
"genders"
I believe
it is all
spiritual
the day that
our earthly body
perishes
we become
truly free
spiritually free
and we can
finally attain
peace
Live in love
Love God
your neighbour
and yourself
it will set
you free
and detach you
from your sex
organ
Love and peace be
with you my brothers and sisters
forever
Amen

Ramkiki
Op my ou ramkiekie met nog net een
snaar
speel ek in die maanskyn deurmekaar
As die maan my aanhoor en die sterre
knik
dan speel ek kordaat voort in my skik
Wat gee ek om mense wat sê ek's mal
as die varings my aanhoor by die wal?
Wat om my vrinde wat nooit nie
verstaan
as die sterre my toeknik en die maan?
Op my ou ramkiekie met nog net een
snaar
speel ek in die maanskyn deurmekaar
Yes I must be a bit crazy
(so I shall write Afglikaans.)
Always was
will always be.
I was different
and though
I am a Volbloed Afrikaner
I never took part in Volkspele
I hardly read Afrikaans books,
Unless the school required it
My Interests were
different to that
of most of my friends
Was never interested
in politics
Some called me a rebel
die swartskaap
van die familie
n probleemkind
I dared to be different
I still am
So they say
I am a Loose canon
do not be fooled
my friend
This Canon is
firmly anchored
and shoots straight
and accurately
I do not care
what people "think"
about me
or even if they think
about me at all
I was mostly a loner
had few real friends
had more female friends
than males
I do not fit the
Macho Image
but do not mess
with me
or you shall
find out
I am as hard as nails
I am as soft as chalk
I am as sharp as a needle
and as blunt as a mallet
Those who tried
to mess with me failed
because they cannot
fathom me
Why am I writing this?
I am tired of
emotional blackmail
period
