Father, Dad, Tata

for 17 years

he believed it

now it is gone

or is it ?

we all read the story

a snatched baby

is reunited

with her parents

after 17 years

For 17 years

he believed

she is gone

she is not

I have

a child

a love child

she does not know me

or even about me

she has two

daughters

her mother

never told her

or her father

and I wont

either

how

many

children walk this earth

without a father?

some men do not care

our son is one

we sow our seed

not knowing

what will happen

we are not

prepared

for what follows

man seed

is a pariah

in Pandora's box

I love

that little girl

even thought

I never held her

as much as I love

my two daughters

who I

know

how can I know

you have also

questioned it

have you not?

my male compatriot

then we pray

to our

heavenly Father

like I do

knowing

Its gender

How could we?

show me a living man

that saw God

in person

in the flesh

so to speak

as God

has no flesh

a Spirit being

a Creator

and so are we

my fellow

seed bearers

do it

carefully

be circumspect

for you

know not

when it will

form a life

and you

shall be responsible

for that life

until

you leave this earth

I feel for the girl

she loves her parents

I feel for

the parents

both pairs

there are

millions of children

orphaned

who's parents

both man and woman

are still alive

and nobody

cares

I 'sowed wild oats"

like many young men do

never once contemplating

the immense

impact

it could have

it is precious

your seed

is precious

it is you

and

your bloodline

that

you are

playing with
